I really value working with other people and being part of a team. I try to stay someone others can rely on - whether that’s communicating clearly, stepping in where needed, or just making things easier for everyone involved.

Adaptable

Things don’t always go according to plan, especially in fast-paced environments, and I’ve gotten pretty comfortable adjusting as I go. I like having a plan, but I also know how to shift quickly and keep things moving without everything falling apart.
